About
the short version
I'm Ahmed Alasmari. I build things that touch real infrastructure — an LLM + RAG triage system for Saudi ERs, a Java CI/CD pipeline that cut deploys from two hours to fifteen minutes, an HA AWS architecture with bastion access, and an OSINT threat-intel aggregator. Final-year IT at Imam Mohammed Ibn Saud Islamic University, GPA 4.14, four industry certs.
Four certifications cover the full stack. CCNA gave me the networking foundation I needed to understand what the cloud is actually running on. Security+ made me paranoid in all the right ways. AWS CCP and SAA taught me that every architecture decision is really a trade-off in disguise.
Outside code, I grew an IT mentorship community on Telegram to 400+ members and designed four workshops on CCNA, Security+, ANKI flashcards, and AWS CCP for 100+ students with Technation and InfoSec Clubs. I've competed at four national hackathons — the Aramco Consulting Championship, the AWS × Manara GenAI Hackathon, Tuwaiqthon AI Vibe Coding Hackathon, and Tuwaiq Defensethon.
